Lee Wright. I worked for
many years as a contract accountant & bookkeeper for many small
businesses. Although
I enjoyed the
work I was frustrated with the constraints of on-site service.
I thought there had to be
a better way to
provide regular yet flexible & efficient service to clients

2004 Online Accounting
Services was formed. By harnessing the power of the Internet, it was
now
possible to service clients from a central office & give them
the same
benefits & economies of scale that larger businesses enjoy but

Since that time we have helped businesses ranging from sole traders to
companies with multi-million dollar
turnovers. Each month we process over 100
staff pays, many BAS
statements & have now processed

software. Our work includes
Business Activity Statement preparation, management reporting,
payables/receivables management, payroll & MYOB support.

Scan in Your Documents & We Process Them!

all the equipment you need including an easy-to-use, push button scanner
for you to transfer your source documents (bills, invoices, statements
etc) to us.
- We log in securely to MYOB & process
your accounts from our office daily or as required.

required. If your require multi-user access
then you'll require MYOB Premier.

member of a professional body such as the ACA, CPA, NIA, ABN
or AAT?
- How many years of experience do they
have providing that service?
- Do you have to use their proprietary
software? If so, what happens if you want to change
later?
- Can you still access your accounting
software if the internet is down?
- Are there setup fees?
- Do you have to sign up for a fixed
period?
- Does their web site have a phone number
& a real street address?

How Do I Get Started?
Call or email us & we'll come &
see you to discuss your requirements. Normally within a week
we'll set up the equipment & show you how to use
it. If you're in a hurry then email us your data
file & we can start straight away.
How Much Does it Cost?
Our standard rate is $45ph + GST.
There's no setup costs or up-front fees. We
simply send you a convenient invoice at the end of the
month detailing all work done.
I'm Not Sure Yet if an Online Bookkeeping Service is Right for my Business?
No problem. There's no contracts to sign.
We just ask that you try us
for 1 month. If after that you decide that our service
is not for you, then we just pick up our equipment & copy
your MYOB data file back to your PC. We are confident
however, that you will be satisfied with our work.
Before we start, we'll assess whether our
service is right for your business & only proceed if we
can bring real benefits to your business. We have in the
past declined work where we felt our service was not the right
match.
